Inventory Management Supervisor
Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Inventory Management Supervisor ensures the efficiency and cost-effective processes within the Inventory Management department by monitoring and reporting on our company’s inventory levels. You will be responsible for developing inventory tracking systems, reviewing levels of supplies, and performing a regular analysis. This person works with various departments to ensure smooth and timely production to meet customer needs. Demonstrates excellent organizational and problemsolving skills, as well as the ability to interpret and analyze large amounts of data. He/She also supports and facilitates the continuous implementation of health and safety practices in accordance with the Company’s Health & Safety Program.

Receiver 2nd Shift
Key Responsibilities:
- Count and/or measure all incoming shipments to verify information against bills oflading, invoices and/or packing slips.
- Unpack and examine incoming shipments, reject damaged items, record shortages, and correspond with the inventory group to rectify/claim for damages and shortages.
- Operate forklift or use hand truck to move, convey or hoist shipments from the shipping-receiving area to a storage or work area.
- Post received items into JDE and print/keep receiving reports.
- Review receiving reports against bills of lading, invoices and/or packing slips to ensure accurate posting.
- Ensure all parts that remain in the building have a proper bin location and location entered in JDE
- Ensure accurate and timely information is provided to sales, purchasing, production, and Management teams.
- Assist with location maintenance and cycle counts when required.
