Sections:
Insulated sections rolled formed from pre-painted, hot dipped galvanized steel sheets, steel-polyurethane-steel sandwich, foamed in place on continuous process with CFC and HCFC free rigid polyurethane insulation. Section features thermal breaks and incorporates factory installed continuous dual seals, face sheet features non-repeating random stucco texture, Multi-Ribbed profile and Finger Protected joints.
The Thermatite panels are manufactured using the latest Neufoam TM technology that is environmentally friendly and zero-ozone depleting. The foaming process renders cavities free panel with higher thermal resistance “R” value as well as provide superior foam steel adhesion and exceptional structural integrity.

Reinforcement:
Continuous internal reinforcement strips for hardware mounting.
End caps: 1.3mm (18ga) galvanized steel.
Weatherstripping:
Bulb shape weather seal with continuous retainer full width of bottom section. Dual replaceable-seals between sections.
Finish:
Two coats of baked-on paint system, primer and polyester in White finish.
Design:
Door design to meet or exceed DASMA 102 standard.
Glazing Options:
Type AA: 660 x 330 mm (26"x 13") dual acrylic thermal unit set in moulded frame.
Type B: 610 x 152 mm (24" x 6") clear float glass sealed unit set in moulded frame.
Type CPL: 610 x 203 mm (24" x 8") clear float glass sealed unit set in moulded frame.
Type D: 864 x 406 mm (34” x 16”) sealed glass unit set in molded frame.
Type E: 610 x 305 mm (24" x 12") clear float glass sealed unit set in moulded frame.
OTHER OPTIONS:
Anti friction strip: Thermal break and anti-friction strip for galvanized steel end caps.
Exhaust port: Exhaust port 76mm (3"), 102mm (4") diameter.
Pass door: 813 mm x 2032 mm (32” x 80”), four section pass door available for doors up to 4928 mm (16’-2”) wide.
Step plate: Combination step plate and lift handle made from PVC.
Weather-seal: Top weather strip.
